Network Terms

1. Principles

Four rules sit above everything else in these terms:

• No retroactive changes. A new version of these terms, a new rate or a new rule applies only from its effective date. It never changes clicks, balances or months that came before it.
• Closed months are final. Once a month is closed, its numbers do not change. Any correction is made as an explicit, visible line in a later period.
• Prepaid only. Advertisers pay before traffic is delivered. Every publisher payout is covered by advertiser money already received.
• Visible rejections. Every click that is not billed is logged with its reason and visible to both sides.

2. Roles and accounts

Onboarding is manual. Onlymatic may accept or decline any advertiser or publisher, and asks for the information needed to run the account safely and lawfully.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys secret and for everything done with them. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Advertisers must have the right to promote the creators and offers they run. Publishers must own or control the sites and channels they send traffic from.

3. Billing model (CPC)

In this version of the network, advertisers pay per click (CPC). A click is billable only if it passes the filters in section 4.

• Advertisers fund a prepaid balance in USDT (TRC20) or via Paxum. The minimum top-up is $100. Onlymatic charges no fee on top-ups; the sender pays the transfer network fee.
• Each billable click is deducted from the balance at the price that applies to its placement type.
• The price and the publisher payout are recorded with the click at the moment it happens and are not changed afterwards.
• When a balance reaches zero, the advertiser’s placements stop automatically. They resume after the next top-up. Onlymatic does not extend credit.
• Unused balance is refunded on request, minus the transfer fee.

Current prices are published on the advertisers page and publishers page. Price changes apply only to clicks after the change takes effect.

4. Click filtering

Before a click is billed, it is checked. A click is rejected if:

• it comes from a bot or automation user agent;
• it comes from a datacenter or hosting-provider IP address;
• the same visitor and browser already clicked the same offer within the previous 24 hours;
• the IP address exceeded 10 clicks per minute.

Rejected clicks are logged with their reason, are never billed to the advertiser and never paid to the publisher. Onlymatic may add filters to protect the network; new filters apply only going forward and are announced in an updated version of these terms.

5. Publisher payouts

• Each month is closed by the 5th of the following month. Payouts are sent by the 10th.
• The minimum payout is $50. Smaller amounts roll over to the next month.
• Payouts are made in USDT (TRC20) or via Paxum. Onlymatic pays the payout network fee.
• Changing the payout address requires two-factor authentication and takes effect after a 72-hour delay.
• Publishers can export raw click logs, billed and rejected, for their own reconciliation.

6. Traffic and content rules

Publishers must not send, and advertisers must not request:

• automated, incentivized, hidden, forced or auto-redirect clicks;
• spam of any kind (email, direct messages, comments, forums);
• creatives that impersonate a creator or mislead users;
• traffic from sites that distribute leaked or pirated content;
• anything involving minors or non-consensual material.

Everyone in the network must follow the law and the rules of the platforms they use. Onlymatic hosts no adult content.

7. Violations and suspension

If we see deliberate fraud or a breach of section 6, we may pause or close the account. Clicks identified as fraudulent are treated as rejected. We explain the reason and show the affected clicks. Anything involving minors or non-consensual material leads to an immediate, permanent ban and may be reported to the authorities.

8. Questions and disputes

If a number looks wrong, write to partners@onlymatic.com or @varomn with the period and the clicks in question. Disputes about an open month are resolved within that month where possible. Closed months stay final; an agreed correction is booked as an explicit line in a later period.

9. Liability

Onlymatic provides the network as is. We work to keep tracking and redirects available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any level of traffic, conversion or earnings. Examples of costs and earnings on this site are illustrations, not promises. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid to or received through the network in the three months before the claim.

10. Versions of these terms

These terms are versioned. Each version has a number and an effective date shown at the top of this page. We announce a new version before it takes effect. It applies from its effective date only and is never applied retroactively. If you do not accept a new version, you may stop using the network and request a refund of unused balance or a payout of earnings above the minimum.
